Change to rules to allow a bump and disengage but this constant holding the receivers jersey is just crap

Ohio St defenders are doing way more than just chucking our receivers. They are latching on and not getting off them which should always be a hold.

Have the rules been changed to where you can have continous contact with a receiver and hold them up and throw them down or to the side?

Please tell me because I think it is holding.
