Just made a fantastic chicken thigh stew.

6 pieces of bacon chopped and cooked to start

6 skinless thoughts chopped with salt and leoperand added when bacon is half done

After chicken is browned add onions, celery and carrots

After 6-10 more minutes add a cup of red wine (or more)

Two spoonfuls of flour and mix well burning off alcohol and flour

Add two small cans of diced tomatoes

Salt pepper and thume

A box of beef broth and let cook for a bit
Add green beans, mushrooms and small halved potatoes

Add quarter cup of Worcestershire

Cover and let simmer for an hour.

Great rich broth and hearty meal.

I never "thought" about putting "leoparand" and "thume" in my stew....
