The linked article doesn't give enough of the text of the speech. Christie at least hints to the issue that 40 percent of the illegals in the US came in legally on a visa/work permit. It's a complex issue, that is unworthy of the simple solution of saying you'll build a giant wall from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean. You'll need one from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean on the Canadian border. You'll need heightened security at every port.
Or, we could just fine and imprison people all the way from small contractors to CEO's that hire illegals.
