Clinton campaign acting like they don't know what a wiped server means

Saw a clip from CNN where the news anchor asks the spokesman for the clinton campaign why Hillary would turn in a wiped server to the FBI. Why delete the 30k "personal" emails and then wipe them off the server? The official response is to act retarded, smile, and say that he doesn't know what that means. He isn't a tech guy.

Do the they really think that the American people are that dumb.

I've been wondering what the reports of the server being wiped actually mean. Were the emails just deleted? What I consider wiping a computer is running something like dban or other software to completely erase a drive. Is this what they did? I read somewhere yesterday that they just deleted the outbox which doesn't make any sense and isn't wiping it.

The report is they handed over a "blank" server. I take that to mean it was wiped clean but I bet they find something on it. Too many loose ends not to get all the e-mails.

When the FBI wants to start questioning those associated with Clinton regarding the emails and equipment, it's pretty safe to say that this may be a scandal.

There may be a scandal, but there also may not be one. What we know so far is that no evidence has been produced to prove her guilt.
