Because they are just woefully inept at message and honestly their diversity is their downfall. They have too many 'tents' that don't fall in line like pubbers - they go vote for other less serious parties or don't vote at all.

One area in particular, they keep picking the feel good candidate for VP instead of the best person for the job.

At least Obama picked a guy with a solid background and solid credentials.

Kamala should have been senator Amy K from Minnesota, Walz should have been Shapiro from PA.

However, those brilliant, smart, people weren't diverse enough to please certain parts of the party, even though both have proven the ability to work with people and get shit done.....what everyone complains doesn't happen these days.

This is not a condemnation of Harris or Walz, they're both perfectly decent people, they just weren't the best candidate out there.

Trump tries his best to unite Dems, but they just won't do it. Not enough of them seem to like each other.
