CNN National Poll: Donald J. Trump at 49%

The amazing thing to me is that Rubio has been unable to break into that 20% mark. He's been around 15% this entire time. Even after all these other candidates having been dropping out, Rubes is still stuck in the teens. Doesn't lend much support to his claim that if only the other guys dropped out, he could be competitive.

I've been that saying that the whole time. Rubio is nothing but Obama with less charisma. Nobody is going to vote for an empty suit after the last eight years.

Is their any established politicians that are?

Most had their chance and sold out for reelection purposes.

Can't be many asked of the current size of government and its spending.

Rubio's numbers will drop even further I suspect. He's an GOP establishment candidate now with orders to knock Trump out of the race. Of course with both him and Cruze attacking Trump the Republicans are doing exactly what they did to Romney....demeaning him----setting him up for Hillary to win. The GOP establishment think they know better
than their party members.

The ironic thing is that Rubio used to be an anti-establishment candidate. Now he can't scramble to them quickly enough.

At this point, I think the GOP is done for the White House. Trump will be completely bashed up by the general. He will have half the party against him. And the Dems will finish the job. I think McConnell is right. GOP needs to start thinking about cutting their losses while they have the chance.

That's because this election is a voter revolt. The changes are dynamic and the voters understand how pathetic the establishment is on both sides of the aisle.
