Coaching Staff?

After this 12-0 season, I wonder if Greg Davis or Phil Parker rides off into the sunset. I don't think Kirk will, he's to loyal to the program. I think it's probably the same thing with Phil Parker but idk. My biggest concern is Greg Davis. I don't think this is too big of a deal though, it isn't a coincidence that the Iowa run game is so much better this year after Brain Ferentz became the Run Game Coordinator. I think he's ready to step into the Offensive Coordinator position.

The most problematic outcome is Phil Parker. Do you think he'd retire after this amazing season, and if so, who would replace him?

I hope Greg Davis leaves but Parker is only 52, not likely he retires. Greg Davis' offense is stupid.

Phil Parker is relatively young. He won't be retiring soon. I'm not sure if he has aspirations to be a head coach somewhere else though.

As others has said Phil parker is in his early 50s with only a few years making "coordinator" money. What reason would he have to leave?!

I think Phil has aspirations to be a head coach and has interviewed in the past. I am surprised he has been over looked so much. We need to give him and others on the staff a pay bump if they stay.

I am all for Brian taking over for Greg when he hangs it up. He's earned the right.
