If he's talking about the Hawkeyes, it must mean that they are doing something good........I think he secretly likes Iowa :) Plus, he had a pretty good compliment for Stanley.

Agree he's a closet Iowa fan. Alluding to potentially celebrating an Iowa win by binge drinking PBR at Deadwood is a pretty precise I.C. joke.

He teases Iowa fans for loving it too much. There's a reason to love it... Iowa football is an amazing party.

Iowa is relevant and has a small population base. If I were a national radio host, Iowa would be the school I would target. You estrange the smallest group of people while making you appear edgy.

Hard to tease the Hawks after putting 55 up on the Buckeyes.

Definitely has an obsession with the Hawks. You gotta wonder why. He hit a nerve a few years ago and continues pick the scab every year knowing that he's gonna get reactions. Ignore the moron and take his fun away.
 
Atleast he had the stones to mention Iowa. Not that he is admitting he is wrong or anything, but he could have just let it go.

ISU does not qualify as fake I.D. They beat two tops ten teams for crying out loud.

I liked him when he was out east, but since he moved to the new gig not so much. More of a shock jock now

I actually have seen this about face coming and we gave him the perfect excuse to do it. We present a PR problem for him now. We are becoming very well know across the country as the team who waves to the kids in the hospital. Not much to gain from hating on that. He has needed to find a new whipping boy for a while now.
