Will be interesting to see where Iowa ends up. The ISU victory is really going to help their stock in the long haul, and was needed after PSU shit the bed. Oddly enough, if Iowa can win out (unlikely) they will likely be playing a top 3 team in the BTCG. Winning that game would undoubtedly get them in the discussion. A lot of ifs but certainly nice to be in the proverbial hunt this late.
The Pac12 is an Oregon loss away from losing a bid. Cincinnati just played a one score game with a 1 win Navy team, any chance the power 5 commissioners have to diminish their credibility will be heard. Will be interesting where they end up. My guess is the hawks will end up in the top 12. With 5 games remaining that’s plenty of time for the chaos of college football to work it’s magic and have Iowa in a proverbial playoff game on December 4th.
