I like the kid and think he’s pretty good. But he was 13-12. And this is one year after he played. Darien Hagen’s jersey is not retired and he was like 32-5 or something like that. Hunter I also get as a two way player. But not Sanders.

And the day Deion signs with the Cowboys is the day Colorado should revoke the retirement of his kid's number. This is nothing but stroking the ego of a guy who doesn't give a s*** about Colorado.
When Deion was hired, I predicted he would be gone in three years because at the first sign of success, he would leave for a higher profile program, or if he didn't have success, Colorado would dump him. Well, Colorado is invested too deep to dump him. I still think he's going to jump ship as soon as he can, but it's going to be a while before CU cuts him lose for lack of performance.

For all the good Sanders has done for Colorado it’s things like this that make me shake my head. How can you not be self aware enough to see what a slap in the face this is to a lot of players and coaches from Colorado.

Agree and Sanders seems to get a lot of power for a coach who had never won a championship and is roughly 500 at the school.

With the power and pull he has, you would think he has a dozen conference championships and a couple of national titles in his trophy case.
