I'm not sure how that's a crime if it's a true statement. I also would not want my money going to such people, regardless of their immigration status. The person did not say all immigrants did such things, just that they don't want their money going to the ones that do. I get that they don't have the same free speech protections that we do, but shouldn't any barrister with his powdered wig be able to make such an argument?
