I have a buddy who is a big PSU and WFBT fan. For 40 years he's been giving me crap about the Hawkeyes' stealing of the Colors and Uniforms of the Steelers.

Commanders come out in Black w/Gold. I apologize if there is maroon piping, but I cant see it.

As a Hawks/Sox fan, I find the uniform trends over the last 25 years to be be very amusing.

(I understand that neither color scheme or logo is original)

The red piping looks good on the pics, but it did not show up all on my hi-def TV.

Otherwise, they are the EXACT colors and similar style of alternate jerseys that both Iowa and Pittsburgh have worn.
