How big of a gaping hole in your hiring process do you have to have to let this through? Probably about as big a hole as the head splitter in Souix City could have done to that 13 year old.

This contention could have all been avoided though. What a shame Iowa R's had to pull out the provisions that would have allowed for these kids to work in dangerous conditions in that bill last year.
