LC has been following the Weight Watchers regimen -- or "regiment" to some posters here -- since mid-April, with only a few slips. May have undone it all the past couple of days. My side of the family was at our house.
Meals, themselves, weren't overly destructive. Chili on Christmas Eve; pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto, green bean casserole, candied carrots, potatoes au gratin for Christmas dinner; rye bread, egg and smoked cheddar strata for breakfast today, with toasted homemade brioche.
Unfortunately, one of our family traditions involves baking and candy-making. I ate so many biscotti, cookies, tartlets, mincemeat pie crescents, etc., plus a helping of Alton Brown's caramelized grape pie, that I fully expect to have gained 5 pounds when I do my weekly weigh-in Monday morning. I have linked the pie recipe here before; in terms of nutrition, you might just as well stick a straw in a bottle of Wesson oil and suck away.
Anybody else also too stuffed to move?
