I'm bias since I live in Bettendorf. If there was some sort of downtown scene, there would be no comparison to any other town in the QCA
DT RI is a dead scene, so many businesses and bars have closed down
They keep trying but nothing can over take the Wagon Wheel or whatever it is called now

Bettendorf is boring and full of self-absorbed assholes.
I may have only lived in Bettendorf for 4 years, but I’ll always be a self-absorbed asshole at heart.
One thing I've give Davenport credit for, Isabel Bloom artwork is made and sold there in their personal shop. My wife is obsessed with their sculptures. We have an entire bookshelf full of them. And I'm sure we'll be getting more.
