Does Conner have a mid range shot? I seem to remember as a freshman he made several 10-15 foot jump shots. But I don’t recall him taking any lately. When defenders leave him to double Luca, it would seem he could step in and be ready to try a shorter shot that a 3.
I want Connor to play, this isn’t a criticism. Perhaps a shot like that for him isn’t within our offense in that type of. set, I don’t know. He is a great free throw shooter, so I think he could make teams pay when they leave him defensively.
