Cooper in state title.

What a freak athlete. I played against Jeff Horner in H.S. and man....some of these guys just couldn't be stopped.

I hope I have that type of ability in my next life!

We had him at his best position, worked out quite well for Cooper !
I completely agree. Was more referring to how abysmal our offense was and adding him into the mix would have been a jolt for the team - and then we tried it and it got him hurt. Dang it!!

He definitely could have made a Travis Hunter kind of impact somewhere, but the Iowa offense was so bad and so broken, I'm not sure that it would have made much of a difference.

Cooper had enough injuries without playing offense. Would not have been in Cooper's best interest.
He was actually pretty healthy his whole career here until that pre-bowl injury his last year. His did suffer that wierd concussion jamming the Nebraska receiver at the LOS in 2022.

Jack Armstrong ( Iowa version).

I am now convinced that coop would have excelled at any skilled position at Iowa including qb, if allowed to run way more than we do at Iowa at QB.
