Among the factors mentioned by ciggy's article was the deleterious impact of birth control chemicals making their way into the oceans and disrupting growth and reproduction cycles of species that are in the food chain we depend upon.
If we have to ban birth control to save the food chain, we're going to have a huge demand for abortions, I would think.
