Cory Clark to miss SDSU

My sources say "day to day" is wildly optimistic... Just sickening.

What a shitty start to december. :( Cory is one of my favorite all time hawks, and it would really pain me to see him go out with a title, especially due to injury..

This is the unfortunate consequence of trying to get to the same level as Zane Richards.
#joking

I truly hope he doesn't miss a lot. The more qualifying spots for the BIG for nationals the better in regards to my team's 133 pounder.

Was excited to make the trip for this match.

That's bad news - Clark is my favorite Hawk, though from reading about Gilman, it sounds like I'd get along with him the best.

One thing for sure - when Gobblin breaks news, it's like Walter Cronkite back in the day. He's not one to tune out because his info always seems correct

I appreciate Gobblin's info of not making us wait "day to day" for something that might appear to string out for a while.

You're a certified hard on... Cory will miss very signifiacant time due to a nasty upper body injury. Does that response meet your rigorous requirements??

Why don't you just call up Tom on your speed dial and ask him yourself, btw?

I have no requirements other than if you can't say it all, don't say "there is more to say but I can't tell you". You did not have to say anythimg if it is that sensitive. The article gives all the team wants to say.

Nothing in that article came from the team... And you of all people should know a hangnail is considered "sensitive" information with the head of the program.

Choose to believe what you want. It's not his or any posters job to fill you in on every detail they have. Most people will say "between us" and you respect their wishes.

Whatever injury Cory Clark has suffered, that sucks. I feel for the kid and hope he recovers.

To the medical redshirt question. 6th year redshirt seasons need an athlete to have missed 2 seasons due to injury to be considered.

It could have been a lot worse. Cory will be healthy enough to compete for a title this season. You might need to put 255 on ignore though. I was hoping nobody would break this news since SD St was game planning for Clark. Now they get to mentally prepare for the next man in.

Well, Marinelli's shirt will still depend on our title chances. If Cory gets back to championship form and a team title is within reach, I think they pull the shirt.

So I don't think things have necessarily changed all that much. Just depends on how Clark, Stoll, and the other guys are looking in early 2017.

I believe he'll red shirt this season regardless of the circumstances.
