I was thinking about major conference coaches that could be fired this year, and it seems like a much higher number than normal.

Pastner - once an up and coming hot young coach, just hasn't delivered the way Memphis is accustomed to.
Brian Gregory - we dodged a bullet there
Oliver Purnell - DePaul is a wasteland, but he isn't going to be the guy to bring it back
Stan Heath - USF is a wasteland, but he isn't going to be the guy to bring it anywhere
Tom Crean?? still will probably make the NCAA and keep his job, but the seat is getting really hot
Pat Chambers - people seem to like him, but he's the next in a long line of Penn State coaches who couldn't make it happen
Rick Barnes - I don't think even an NCAA birth helps him
Bruce Weber - I've seen his name thrown around, but I think that's crazy talk
Johnny Dawkins - Stanford is on the bubble - if they don't make it, he would have 1 NCAA appearance in 7 years
Herb Sendek - 2 NCAA appearances in 9 years. Last year bought him this year. Can't keep coasting on James Harden.
Lorenzo Romar - he had a nice little run, but hasn't been in contention in a while

Am I missing anyone? What does everyone else think?
