What? Penn State Wrestling doesn't make the list?
Or was the reference just cryptic?
Key word is cult. I didn’t see anything about bandwagons.
How do you think cults get started?
The bandwagon is so 2011. It's a whole new animal now. Watch over Junior.

I'll bite on the topic genuinely, though, as a fair nod to Junior...
One of my favorite/most fascinating "cults of wrestling": Guys with The Motor Tic.
Iowa example: Gilman head turn/twitch (probably the most common tic among wrestlers, but Gilman's is especially pronounced).
PSU example: Nolf's facial grimmace tic (love the intensity -- Burroughs had it right when he tweeted that Nolf is not a human being).

I like SPOONER, personally. He’s knowledgeable, funny, and isn’t afraid to tell it like it is. If he’s wrong about something, he acknowledges it and apologizes.

You have to give him time. Technically he’s a genius, but he sprouted to 5’11” and 106 pounds as a freshman and was THE man on his team. Wrestle up many times at 113 and 120, wich he hated when he walks around below 106. He’s probably going to be about 6’4” and will fill in as a junior, just like my wife’s dad. Who was a skinny bastard who turned into a brick shithouse.
He got recruited to a powerhouse so he’s at a new school now and will start again this year. It’s all about his how his frame can add muscle.
I have a Spencer in my house with my youngest that is coming back from his hiatus. People will be wrecked. Two other potential state champs in the middle. Can’t wait.
