Maybe he doesn't coach well enough to have a gig. That certainly doesn't mean he doesn't have the knowledge.

He knows basketball but he wants to be a stand up comedian and he doesn't take criticism well. He is that guy that you poke fun of and all of a sudden it escalates to him going personal.

He also makes up a lot of bs too. "iPads in Carver in 1983" for instance just to over exaggerate his point

Because he walks into recruits houses and says exactly what he thinks about it. The decorating, the smell, the style of couch, how they should manage the garbage...
