Hadn't really read this slant before. The article discusses the possibility of any action by the President, including doing nothing, could be viewed as unconstitutional or illegal if the debt ceiling isn't raised. Perhaps that is the Republican strategy for impeachment.

The idea that the President would be forced to take one or another unconstitutional action came up a bit in one of the past instances. I'm all in favor of Obama bringing out the 3 trillion dollar coin option to solve the problem if the idiots in the "freedom" caucus are determined to destroy the full faith and credit of the United States.
