I really don't equate drunken driving with illegal immigration.
Most of them don't drive because they'd need to visit a government office to get a driver license.

I have a friend that sells insurance and he says that Hispanics drive up to his office and ask for car insurance. Do you have a license they say no. Then I can’t insure you. They leave and proceed to drive off.
