To what we don't know just yet. It appears he will plead guilty to one or two charges of hiding his financial transactions designed to pay off young men he abused while a high school coach. Hard to believe he was behind the Vice President in line of succession at one time with this hanging over his head. I am surprised it didn't come out earlier.
