Dennis on Gilman

only 2 things can be possible here:

either Flo doesn't hate Iowa or this is pure click bait
The cleanest(laughable) coach in the country according to Flo has a meltdown and throws stuff at the official and Flo buries it 2 days later. The magic unicorn completely loses his mind after a loss and it doesn't make the cut for a newsworthy article within 24 hours? Come on man you guys are pathetic for not just admitting you have a man crush on Cael and you love pushing Iowa as the evil empire. I like Iowa being the evil empire but give us a real angel to go against. Maybe Barry Davis? Don't pick some towel snapping scumbag like Cael as your saint.

I respect your perception that Flo is biased towards PSU (and even agree to a slight extent). However, I think it's equally as important to give Flo recognition and props for when they do good work. For example, the Flo WTT streaming was outstanding, and I didn't see many people on here commending them for that.

I'm generally glad Flo exists. It's a media company filled with people who are clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about wrestling. No mainstream media coverage can match them in the sport of wrestling.

I also love Flo. I think they give Iowa a lot of press and I think they love PSU also. Neither of those are bad things. Why give the sport a black eye? When they mention an Iowa incident, people listen because they like or hate the story line. It gets views. They put stuff up about Cael's incident and no one cared really. If it were Iowa, people would have cared and probably gotten more involved and vocal. That is not Flo's fault. They are making the best use of the demographics and situation at hand.

Like it or hate it, but Cael is the darling of wrestling right now. Just like Gable was the feared and respected man of wrestling (some would say he still is). Gable was respected and awed by many people. Cael is the new (man at the top). Calling him names or insulting him does not sway anyone on a message board and it does not help the sport if it comes from a news outlet.

Now we can sit here and pick pout every one of Flo's weaknesses and amplify them or we can enjoy the good and positive things they do for the sport. I am not a big fan of looking for the flaws in someone and then broadcasting them. Like a great man once said "let he who is without sin cast the first stone."

They are a "for profit" company who is compensated monetarily for the service they provide. I was raised to give credit where credit is due, however I refuse to commend anyone for doing exactly what they are supposed to do just because nothing went wrong. Should we all give Dunkin' Donuts props when they get our coffee orders correct? No, it's what they are supposed to do. That's business.

What we got during WTT from Flo is how EVERY event should go when people are paying $150+ per year.

I look at it more as criticize a business when they fail. Commend them when they succeed. You sound self-entitled. And I'm a hard core advocate of capitalism.

Overall you missed my point that I don't care if flo tries to protect Carl and company. They just need to own it. I commend them for their documentaries, but their streaming and customer service are a long ways from being of professional quality.
Willie ducked out like Daffy when asked the timeline from the Gman vs the raging unicorn. The pathetic piece on Carl/unicorns tantrums was just one example in a long list over the years. Again, I don't care if they plan the evil Iowa vs princess Carl. They should at least stop insulting our intelligence by acting like it doesn't exist.

As for commending them for their trials streaming. Do you post on here when Dish/direct TV works? How about if you order a PPV movie? Do you commend that company for the movie working? Why should Flo be commended because they provided what everyone paid for? Something that hasn't been the case much too often.
