He offered up a Republican written report titled "Report of Evidence in the Democrats Impeachment Inquiry in The House of Representatives" and strike all testimony in the previous hearings held over the past 3 weeks.
But, his amendment did allow for what is now known as the official findings of the hearings as the minority rebuttal. How very gracious of him. His motion to enter his amendment was roundly defeated, as it should have been.
