Maybe cigaretteman (or one of the other article posters) can post an article if true, but I was surprised to hear that (can't remember what tv channel I heard that on). I am in the camp that Obama should nominate the next justice, as he's the president, but if he stood in the way of the process himself 4 times (or really even once), then I can't be so bitter toward those who play the game with his appointment at stake either. Turn about is fair play. Stupid, but fair. 'merica!
