Spring ball has just ended with the new squad. Whew! Work is haaaard...but I finally have some athletes to work with. It's been a good span of 97 degree days and it's now over. On to summer conditioning!

Don't worry, people. I ain't dead, yet. When that happens you will know...because the HROT will break the internet. It better.
