I see where, according to numbers released yesterday, Kim and the Iowa GOP has made good on their promise to turn Iowa schools into Arkansas abs Mississippi. A significant drop in test scores, proving overran, by underfunding education, lower scores are possible…I believe Iowa dropped 8 spots in the last 15 years! Yes Arkansas…. Yes Mississippi… it is Iowa you hear creeping up on ya!
