Do Any True Freshman Play in 2018?

I counted 9 true freshman who played in 2017. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not. I realize the 2018 class isn't finished, and some could decommit. Do you see any true freshmen playing in 2018?

Certainly not the number that played this season, but yes, there's always some special teams guys.

I would be surprised to see as many true frosh play next year as did this year.

Biggest question mark to me will be if Waggoner plays as true frosh on deep DL.

Several will play special teams - Samson Evans is a sure bet here.

Tyrone Tracey, Jr. appears ready to compete immediately at WR. No inside info... just following his senior season and viewing his tape TT seems to have the skill and intangibles. Evans also.

OG Jeff Jenkins - a player who will probably redshirt but I wouldn't be surprised if he makes an early impression.

I think if this class would have been coming in last year, I would have said there was a great chance that guys like Lockett, Tracy Jr., Terry Roberts, D.J Johnson, and Samson Evans might have a chance to contribute a little. However, because last years class I think was so good , I think the biggest chance for playing time goes to Nixon

Undoubtably they almost always play handful. As another said D-back they have a"historically always played a couple freshman D backs. There will be others
