I don't, but I'm seeing it more and more often. Today at the Market Street, there was a big fat toddler in the cart in front of me eating a chicken leg from the deli.

Pick up a bunch of grapes, snack while shopping, pay for a half a bunch of grapes.
Rinse and repeat.
They should make shoppers weigh themselves before entering the store and before leaving. Any difference is charged at the highest-price-per-pound of any ready-to-eat items in the store.
one exception: I’ll periodically purchase a box of ice cream treats, cones, etc. usually an impulse purchase. The box temps me in the cart, so i make an excuse to myself that I’ll have one or two in case they get melty and satisfy my impulse. I’ll always pay for the full box of course.
I suppose for the people who wear pajamas to the store like they are walking to their fridge this a probably dumb question.
