Do you put political signs in your yard during elections?

No. I have no idea on the political affiliation of my neighbors and I talk to most of them frequently.

I don’t want to know their politics and I really don’t care.
Same here. Very few of my neighbors display signs, and the ones that do are usually for local races. I never put up a sign, and have never gone to a political rally (there are about a 1000 other ways I would rather spend my time).

Wifey got a sign last Presidential that reads, “Vote, and tell them Ruth sent ya.”
Only one we have ever displayed.

This question is for landowners only. No poor apartment dwellers need reply.

im seeing a lot more political signage the last few weeks. Do you typically allow signs in your yard or nah?

for me, no. I feel like my political affiliations are mine alone. I do t need to broadcast to the world.

anyone else?

No...people who put up political signs in their yard or on their car are likely suffering from some sort of mental illness.

Never. I label people who do as having poor judgement immediately. Doesn't even matter if I'm familiar with and like the candidate. I still think it's a poor choice and immediately don't trust them.

No. As an "independant" I lean toward Libertarian candidates and they typically can't afford signs anyway.

Great song though by Five Man Electrical Band ...

"Sign, sign, everywhere a sign
Blocking out the scenery, breaking my mind
Do this don't do that, can't you read the sign?"

No. I prefer my property unvandalized.
Before me, my parents put out political yard signs for over 40 years and the only vandalizing ever done to them was by Mother Nature with the fall wind and rains.

No.

And I think its even more stupid to put a political bumpersticker on your car. Esp if you supported the loser and your years old sticker is old and faded. Just lets me know you supported a loser and are too lazy to remove the evidence of it. But it would be funny AF is someone collected the losers for each presidential race and slapped those on their car. Like their support was the kiss of death.
Most candidates (either party) don't even waste time or money on bumper stickers anymore.

I recall my best friend asking a motorist who had just parked at the Great Jones County Fair in 1980 if he could put a Reagan bumper sticker on his car and the guy slapped him. That Jimmy Carter-loving lib got thrown out of the fair after we complained to the Sheriff's Deputy 100 yards away and the guy admitted he struck the boy, who was a minor. Good times in Monticello.
