I personally know some of their fans that think it’s a joke they still claim this crap. Business buy the remaining tickets for cents and claim a sell out. It’s a ****ing joke to claim sell outs with 60% capacity.

Happens with many schools and likely pro teams. It is officially a sell out; but the seats in the stands don’t lie. Clearly doing it thinking it will help recruiting, booster funds, ect…. Not the dumbest concept in the world, but I assume most people can see right through it Plus kids no longer care about those sorts of things, given it is all about NIL now.

if you mean "buy" then yes there are boosters buying up all the tickets and donating them to keep the streak alive.
