Bobby's getting a ton of heat by the Lincoln press. His comments are not going over well.

After getting butchered by the boat rowers, I could see them dumping him tonight.

He might have to rent a car to get home.

Rome continues to burn!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:):):):):p:p

Good news for him is he can still get paid for another year and not have to live in that shithole.

Bad thing is that he's not doing his career any good. But then he can blame Riley who may be the worst coach in history that's held a job that long.

They gave up over 400 yards of rushing today against the Goofs. Penn state and Iowa could probably get 500 a piece.

I think Riley is gone tomorrow and Diaco and the rest of that train wreck at the end of he season.

I think you might be right.

I listened to the post game call in out of Omaha. Those folks want Riley gone last year. They also think the kids are done with him. Diaco has made few friends in Nebraska.

Two more weeks will make little difference, but if Moos thinks the natives need a pound of flesh, he might just pull the plug on Mr. Nice.

I bet the call in show was epic. I generally listen to it after losses like that, but since the Hawks started at the same time I watched the game. Was it a blood bath on Riley?

Kind of a blood bath. The funny thing is how polite the callers are as they politely explain why Riley has to be dumped and what an awful hire he was.

They think they have to have Frost because he understands Nebraska and understands their culture; both player and fan.

One guy was shook that the new generation will no longer care. TOO LATE!!!!!!!!!!! :p:p:p:p:p:p:p

I don't think Riley fires BD because I generally agree that Riley is a good man and since he doesn't need a scapegoat, why bother?

Riley knows the outcome for himself.

Iowa has their own problems. The only difference is that Iowa fans don't live in the past.

Iowa has no where near as many problems as the fuskers. Actually, Iowa's football future looks quite bright, after they finish 8 - 4 this year and have a favorable schedule next season.

I fully expect Iowa to have their hands full against Nebraska. Iowa has sucked on the road and this will be Nebraska's bowl game. Diaco will have a chip on his shoulder as well.

The simple fact of the matter is that what happened Saturday at TCF Bank Stadium might go down as the worst performance by a Nebraska defensive unit in 128 seasons of Husker football.

It’s not the most points Nebraska has ever given up. It’s not the most yards. But the absolute domination, the complete disappointment against an offense that, to be blunt, has had trouble moving the ball against tackling dummies most of the season, was all encompassing.

"Just unacceptable," Diaco said in a tunnel after the game. "Spectacularly unacceptable. Poor."

The Gophers, owners of a 3.8-yard-per-carry average coming into Saturday's game, averaged nine against the Huskers.

"I've been serving the game since I was a child," Diaco said. "And I've had very high moments, I've had extreme success, I've had average times, I've had below-average times, and I've had terrible times. And this would be one of those terrible, terrible moments."

Reread my post. That's not even close to what I said.
