Coverage maps are out for this Saturday for ABC and ESPN, but they cover only the 2:30 pm CDT games. No mention of 11 am games.

Does this mean Iowa - Wisconsin is on ESPN everywhere?

I believe it is very rare for 11am games to not be national. I think towards the end of the year they have some overlap regionals, but if it is an 11am game on the ESPN networks it pretty much means nationwide coverage.

The Iowa game is on here in Central Texas, and if it is on in TX, it is on every every where. We never get the Regional Iowa games in this area.

according to the game notes, you wish has been granted. It appears Steve Levy, Brock Huard and Shannon Spake will be calling the game.

Mowins calls the ESPN2 game at 11AM

No Beth Mowins this week, but unfortunately it's looking like an almost certainty for the Illinois game. We'll be "competing" with the Indiana-Penn State game for the ESPN2 slot, as opposed to ESPNU or ESPNEWS. Since Beth has already done a Penn St game this year, and she always seems to find her way to Iowa City, I think we need to start checking to make sure the MUTE button works.

The obvious solution is to go to Kinnick so you don't have to listen to Mowins, even if means an expensive roadtrip!
Btw, I love your handle of MeetTheFerentz.

I really hope that is the game she ends up doing. I'll be in Kinnick so i won't have to hear her say yarrrrrrds at all unless I rewatch it when I get home!

Haha, west coasters are up by 9! We just aren't loaded until halftime.

i miss rolling out of bed and stumbling to the couch to watch the game. Then when it's done, still having the whole day still ahead of me.

I've only encountered her on ESPN2. But, even if she's not doing the Iowa-Wisconsin game please no Beth Mowins, please no Beth Mowins, please no Beth Mowins...ANYWHERE.
