Here’s the truth…Kirk conveniently looks at the team as a sum of its parts and conveniently neglects evaluation of its parts.
Every other program looks at each individual part and evaluates based on performance of each part. That is logical and real. Because we can all acknowledge that offense is clearly separate from defense and should be evaluated as such. But the reality is if that conceptual outlook is real there is no need for coordinators. And there is certainly no need for an offensive coordinator and QB coach. These are facts and hard truths to swallow for the captain.

Yep, and in some people's minds (apparently also our coaching staff), if we won then everything is peachy across the board and there's no room for improvement. I don't subscribe to that train of thought.

Maybe if the offense was at least average, they win 12-13 games? I don't get why some can't see that.
