In the report reason box I just post porn links.
Should try that. Because reporting racism, hate speech, etc seems to do nothing.
I only report people if they post about women and don’t supply a photo
I’ve asked DFS before, not sure how the reporting function works on rivals- does it go to site mods, rival mothership, nowhere?

I really don't do it often. Only when I see something real bad. But nothing ever really comes of it, which made me wonder.

Yes. There is a Report drop down box on the mod's page. I can see what and why things were reported. I can also see what has been resolved by other mods.

Who do we have to talk to for a left or centrist mod to be added? This new regime needs some balance in a bad way.

No. I report @McLovin32 every day for being a tool and violating the rules. Yet here we are.
I don’t mind NCH5, to a point. He’s entertaining for a while and then it gets really old. Limit him to 5 troll accounts, bring back his NCH5 account and give him more frequent time outs when he goes through one of his overly abrasive phases.
