Yes, we make a bowl. Why do some of you give up so early in the season.
If Iowa is 6-6 they will be in a bowl. Now with that said, it's FAR from a given that Iowa gets to 6-6.
I hope we limp into one at 6-6. We might actually get paired up with someone comparable to us and win one for once.
Yes. Offense can ONLY improve, right? Didn't need much out of offense today and they did next to nothing. Turnovers were killer. MSU is an improving team, so not like we lost to a bad team. Just a frustrating game, when offense is that bad
Yep. As much as you as players try to push past that... It's hard to not wake up in the am and instantly think "damn, we had that game"
Kind of loss that lingers, especially when you are a team that is average and needs to build. If PSU lost last week, pretty sure they still come our and pound Indiana at home

Although I expect a win over Illinois, it won't be easy. I think it has become apparent this team has a LOT more problems than imagined at the start of the season.

I did. I saw a team that moved the ball, but shot themselves involved the foot. I saw young corners who will improve, or Manny may be back. I'm as pissed as all of you, but give me a break.
Right now, I don't see how we win 3 more games. Illinois should be a win, but if we play like we did today, we will lose. I have to assume Minnesota and Nebraska will have things figured out by the time we play them. We are lucky we play Purdue in Kinnick. It's become that bad that we are lucky we play Purdue in Kinnick.
Getting into an afterthought bowl would be alright, honestly. As already noted, it might give them a shot to actually win a bowl game for a change.
