No. Biden surrounded himself with good people and did the job competently. Is he older and losing a step, yes. Is he demented, no.

I have no problem admitting that I was wrong, and that Biden showed in the debate that he'd declined alot more than I had thought - tho conservative posters here would have had us believe he struggled to put his shoes on the right feet each morning. It irked me throughout the campaign how those same posters (and media) didn't seem nearly as concerned by Trump's many missteps and misquotes that had Biden said them would have been trumpeted as proof he'd lost it. And like you said - Biden surrounded himself with considerably more competent people than Trump has and will.

I also however never was in favor of Biden running for reelection at all, and wish he'd never tried.
