Not sure he's a safe bet to qualify, and even if he does, it is unlikely he scores more than maybe a point. Every little bit helps, I guess.
They do have other options at 125, so no shopping discount for KD this time.
None of those other options are scoring at Nattys.
Maybe Pollard relaxes admissions standards again and they recruit another Cuban?
Just to be clear, in todays parole/probation world, he would NEVER have been violated for missing a meeting. There has to be more here.
Neither is anyone not on their team and hanging out at 7-11.
And, possibly, neither is Terukina even if he qualifies.
According to details, the second DUI got dropped and he pleaded to a lessor traffic violation.
Kinda like the Fred Hoiberg days when guys got a sweet deal to avoid bigger problems.
Just looked...ISU site has more specifics of his illegal activities . The gal that does the media stuff for wrestling is saying Terukina has three DUIs, but they made one of them go away.
Regardless, it looks like the days of Nebraska football, where if you had some athletic talent, they kept you eligible.

Violation of probation/violation of conditions of release can absolutely result in a warrant for your arrest. In regards to the meeting, it could have been for a UA to check his levels (if he’s been drinking or doing drugs) or a number of other things to make sure he’s doing what the courts want him to be doing. I hate Kevin Dresser but sometimes there isn’t “more” to the story.
I'm convinced if Dresser wasn't under pressure to win after seven years of no top ten finishes, Terukina would have been on a plane back to Hawaii a long time ago.

How can a HC sleep at night allowing this behavior? I only speak for myself, but I find Dresser's "enabling" disgusting.

Iowa has had their share of guys that made mistakes over the years.
My point with the original post was Terukina has three strikes(DUIs) and has had two of them buried/dismissed.
From the outside looking in...Dresser should have booted his dumb ass long ago. Now whether someone over KD takes action...who knows?
But the simple fact is that Terukina is still on the roster as of Friday.

So Iowa State is starting at least2 guys who have all done worse than AJ but are catching very little heat. And don't bring up rape because that skank accused 3 guys of the same BS. AJ's crimes are passing illegally like a dumb ass and being a douchebag. He's done nothing criminally as bad as who Iowa state trots out at 3 of their weights. The 3rd is if their hot head really stole a teammates truck and totalled it. It would be national news if Iowa did this. Has tigerclown been bashing Dresser about this? I assume they're losing recruits over all the criminals on their team? Vhsalum too busy jerking tigerclown off to comment about Dresser selling his soul?
