I love it, especially with the nice weather. The kids and I hit some wiffle balls last night and played catch till about 7pm, I had a beer and sat on the deck while they rode bikes until about 8pm. We just need to leave this time and never change it.

Monday morning is always the worst. It seems like you no longer close your eyes and it's time to get up. The positive is the day seems to go by quicker. When my kids were really young I used to love setting the clocks forward. Usually the kids were up around 6:30-7AM during standard time. Getting that extra hour when they slept until 8AM felt like I'd struck gold!
I’m better today than yesterday. I was exhausted halfway through my workout yesterday. It took 30 minutes longer than normal. Then went home and damn near fell asleep in the hot tub

I broke my body clock years ago due to excessive international travel and it has never been right since. This is just par for the course.
Was out an about most of the day Saturday and Sunday. Made me sleepy so I was to bed earlier Saturday and Sunday night. Body didn’t notice any difference this morning. Then again, I don’t need ta be up early for anythin

OP can maybe relate, but the time change has rocked my almost 2-year old’s world.
He’s fine, mood unaffected, but he’s been up waaaaaaay too late the last couple nights. Apparently a one-hour change means getting tired and falling asleep 3 hours later. So that’s nice.

My kid goes to bed between 7-8 but for some reason has been up way earlier. Little shit woke up at 6 am (felt like 5) yesterday. He was ready to go.
It was pretty fun watching his monitor last night. He was alternating between dancing and wrestling an invisible toddler. I was expecting him to be a beast this morning, but he was suspiciously happy. I think he might be doing drugs, to be honest.
