The concept worked great for the Grapple. I like the idea of giving football fans an excuse to check out some premiere wrestling. Couple of quotes in there from Brands. First thing he said is that rules need to change to favor aggressive wrestling. Fans need to see a better product on the mat first which I 110% agree with. You can lead a horse to water, but they're not gonna drink it if the product isn't good.
it's too bad the football bowl seasons aren't later in the year where they could line up with wrestlings own post season "bowl" matchups where you have the best dual teams established.
