After this second phase of renovations is complete, do they have anything else planned?

Hope so. The concession/restroom area always was pretty spartan, and there's no shortage of peeling paint and worn, neglected-looking sod. Would like to see a volume knob installed in the overly-powerful sound system. That, or the wires to the speakers cut. That said, I still enjoy watching games there and can be a nice place with some upkeep.

I agree that the bleacher, concession, restroom area should be next.

It looks really nice - will be interesting to see how having a facility to use "whenever" will benefit the team. Heller has the program "swinging" in the right direction from all facets.
