Like you, I love Hellman's and it's the best mayo I can get my hands on easily.

Duke's mayonnaise claims they use more egg yolks and no added sugar in their product. It's quite possible it's a better mayo than Hellman's.

Stay away from Kraft mayo and don't even think about using Miracle Whip, that's inedible.

I prefer Hellmann's. Dukes has a hint of something going on it where it is a little more lemony with maybe a hint of garlic. It is good but Hellmann's tastes exactly like mayo is supposed to taste.

Honestly I agree. . . Duke's Mayo is the best mayo I've ever tasted. Only way I know that is because my in-laws are from the South and I've had the stuff while down there. Even brought a jar home with me once a while ago.

Wish I could buy it up here.

@Hoosierhawkeye, walmart carries it in Iowa so I'm sure they carry it in Indiana. There are a few hard to get items that only Walmart carries around here. So, while I hate Walmart sometimes there is no substitute.
