Dunker/Dejong

Is it just me or has Dejong replaced Dunker every game this year in what seems like somewhere around the 2nd half?

I think Dunker has played well this year and don't understand what's going on here. Is he hurt? Is this a rotation thing?

I don't get the point of putting in Dejong just for the f**k of it. Based off past results he will hurt is at some point.
