What a mess, have these people heard of closing the interstate? I was watching the news last night and Virginia told them "we don't close roads".

Nephew lives in DC and just sent a pic of his car. Over a foot on it already and more to come. LOL, east coast is hosed.

I measured 20 inches this morning when i went out to shovel a spot for my dogs to make some yellow snow, 6 more inches added onto that since.

Snowmaggedon in NC failed to materialize thanks to an earlier and longer period of sleet than was first predicted. Still got some decent snow but I was really looking forward to 12+".

Doesn't sound comfortable but to each his own

Love snow! But I love the way we get it here. Snow. Everything pretty. Melts. Twelve would shut us down for a week which is why I'm glad we get that kind of stuff once a decade, maybe.

My house here in Richmond is similar to above. Both cars buried out front and that was after scooping twice yesterday. Today was very bad and now the wind is causing chaos. Worst snow fall iv ever seen out here.

We're 20 miles south of Richmond and only got about 10 inches. But after the first five we got half an inch of sleet so shoveling will be a pain.

At least our cars are in the garage so all we have to do is clear the driveway.

I am enjoying Carol Costello wearing her MILFy stocking cap out in the snow.

It was the end that killed us. I am straight north in Chester and it just cycled over us for about the last 6 hours. I knew we were right on the edge, I guess we ended up on the wrong side. Shoveling is gonna be rough. Pray for a 50 degree day.

We're not getting out of the 50s in Central Florida today. Don't think your prayers are going to be answered.
