I’d think Harris will be better able to elucidate how Trump instructed the GOP in Congress to tank the best bipartisan border/immigration bill in years. Biden couldn’t get that point across.
I'm not sure "blame trump" is a winning strategy but it may be her only one.
The border is a real problem for Dems. But each side has problems. You just have to make your case.
