They convince you to join them and pursue the first product. Let’s say you invested $6.5M of the $7.5M of the ventures Series A funding.

Then you lead the Series B and Series C capital raises from outside investors?

Then let’s say all early parties agree to make you Chairman of the Board of Directors.
