That's a terrible idea to have one of the wealthiest, most successful businesses people in the world to look at government finances. We are much better off relying on the current system where we are only a few trillion dollars in debt and we continue to just print money and spend like we have a no-limit credit card on file and the payment will never come due.
The last Billionaire businessman we had try to fix the finances added nearly 8 trillion in debt.
And unless the US has a rich daddy or can find another government to give it subsidies, Elon won't be able to recreate his business success.
